A chat that knows your day
Sees your profile, target, macros and everything you’ve eaten today. Suggests dishes with gram amounts and snacks that fit your remaining calories, and builds a shopping list.
your plate.CaloryLab is a food diary for iPhone and Android. Scan a barcode, snap your plate or ask the AI coach — 41,670 foods work even offline, and your target is calculated for your goal and desired weight.

Most people quit their food diary within a week — because logging is tedious. CaloryLab removes every extra step between your plate and the numbers.
Find a food, pick a portion, add it. No sign-up, no waiting on a server — everything runs right on your phone.

Products from Ukrainian, Polish and European store shelves, homemade dishes and basic foods — right in the app. Search forgives typos (“banan” → banana), understands Cyrillic and Latin, and your favorites and recent foods are always on top.
A dedicated camera screen with a flashlight: codes are read in a fraction of a second, the GTIN check digit is verified, and EAN, UPC and QR are supported. Not found right away? The app automatically moves down the chain.
28,449 barcoded products — found instantly, even on a plane.
An open global database: a fast search index and the full product page, queried in parallel.
Finds the name and macros on store and manufacturer websites — and checks that the numbers add up.
Not found anywhere? AI reads the nutrition facts table from the package and converts it to 100 g.
Everything found online or from a label is saved on your phone with its barcode — the next scan of the same product is instant.
Point the camera at a barcode

Ask it like you’d ask a dietitian friend: what to have for dinner, how to hit your protein, what to swap for sweets. It answers in your language, short and to the point — taking into account what’s already in your diary.
You have 520 kcal and 38 g of protein left 💪 Options:
Sees your profile, target, macros and everything you’ve eaten today. Suggests dishes with gram amounts and snacks that fit your remaining calories, and builds a shopping list.

AI recognizes up to 6 components and estimates the weight, calories and macros of each. Adjust the weight by ±10 g, remove anything extra, then add it all with one tap.
Searches the web for a product by barcode or reads the nutrition facts table from a photo of the package. Calories are checked against macros — errors are filtered out.
Say what you ate, see at a glance whether a product is worth buying, challenge a friend and watch your day right in the Dynamic Island.
Tap the mic in the AI chat: “a bowl of borscht”, “breakfast like yesterday”, “add a glass of water”, “78 kg”. Recognition runs on your phone; you confirm before anything is saved.
Nutri-Score grade, fat, saturated fat, sugar and salt levels, controversial additives and allergens — so you know what you’re buying before it’s in your cart.
Scan one, then another — CaloryLab picks the better one for your goal and explains why.
Calories left, macros, water and streak on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Choose what to show and the ring color — with a live preview right in settings.
From bronze to legendary. The rarest unlock exclusive avatar frames: Diamond, Royal, Neon and Legend.
Share a 6-character code — and see who keeps the diary longer without a gap: 7, 14 or 30 days. Only the name and streak are shared, never food or weight.
If the streak breaks, restore the missed day in one tap. The longer your streak, the more restores per month.
Recommendations explain their reasoning and never change anything without your confirmation. Decisions are based on what you actually eat, not on average formulas.
A single 0–100 score that accounts for calories and your personal macros — instead of separate numbers.
Free — 2 nutrients, Premium — all 8.
CaloryLab compares your logged days with your weigh-ins and suggests a new target — with a confidence level. Accept it or keep the current one — your call.
28,449 barcoded products from store shelves in Ukraine, Poland, Europe and the US, 167 homemade dishes (borscht, varenyky, syrnyky, Olivier salad…) and USDA basic foods. Package photos, typo-tolerant search, “♥ Favorites” and “Recent”.

Choose your target weight and a pace of 0.25–0.75 kg per week — CaloryLab recalculates calories and protein and shows when you’ll reach your goal.
Apple Watch, Galaxy Watch, Pixel Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, Xiaomi, Amazfit: burned calories are added to your target, steps show up on the home screen, new weight goes to the chart. Read-only, and the data stays on your phone.
Spark → fire → flame → blue fire → legend. Plus meal and water reminders at times that suit you.

Sex, age, height, weight, activity and goal. CaloryLab calculates your metabolic rate (BMR), energy expenditure (TDEE), calorie target and macros — using the Mifflin–St Jeor formula adjusted for your goal.
The day ring shows how much you can still eat. Next to it are protein, fat, carbs and water: +200 or +300 ml in one tap. The diary is split into breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
The Balance score rates your day with a single number, the Macro Compass picks foods for your remaining protein and calories, and smart target adjustment tracks your weight trend.
The compass doesn’t just show your remaining macros — it suggests what to eat next for your goal: weight loss, maintenance or muscle gain.

iPhone and Android smartphones, and there’s also a desktop version. The catalog of 41,670 foods is built into the app, so you can log food and scan barcodes of known products even without internet.
The foundation is USDA FoodData Central, more than 28,000 barcoded products from Open Food Facts (Ukraine, Poland, the UK, Germany, the US and others), 167 verified homemade dishes and labels from Ukrainian brands. CaloryLab first searches the built-in catalog, then Open Food Facts (in a fraction of a second). With Premium, AI web search kicks in, and if that fails too, just take a photo of the nutrition facts table on the package. The product you find is saved and will open instantly next time.
It answers food questions based on your profile and what you’ve already eaten today: what to cook for dinner, how to hit your protein, what to buy at the store. It talks only about nutrition and habits — it doesn’t write code or answer off-topic questions. Chat history is stored on your phone.
