01The service
CaloryLab is a food diary that helps you count calories, protein, fat, carbs and water, calculates your personal target and gives dietary tips. Basic features are available for free; advanced features, including AI features (AI coach, meal photo scanner, AI product search and label reading), are part of the Premium subscription.
02Not medical advice
CaloryLab’s calculations (including those based on the Mifflin–St Jeor formula) are for informational purposes only and do not replace consultation with a doctor or dietitian. Do not use the app to treat medical conditions, and consult a specialist if you have medical contraindications.
03Subscriptions and cancellation
- Premium is a 1-, 3-, 6- or 12-month subscription that renews automatically through the App Store or Google Play. The price is shown in your local currency before payment.
- AI results (a dish estimate from a photo, coach answers, data from a label or the internet) are for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate — check them before saving.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time: iPhone — Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions; Android — Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. Access remains until the end of the paid period.
04Refunds
Payments are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds are handled under the rules of the respective store: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or the order page in Google Play. If something went wrong, write to us at calorylab.support@gmail.com and we’ll help.
05Food data
We prepare the catalog carefully, but the nutritional value of a specific product may differ from the reference values. Check values against the label; you create and verify custom foods yourself.
06Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for dietary decisions made solely on the basis of the app’s calculations, or for the loss of data stored on your device (for example, after uninstalling the app).
07Changes to the terms and contacts
We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page. Governing law: the law of Ukraine. Contacts: CaloryLab, Ukraine, calorylab.support@gmail.com.
